The variety of classes and times offered. My Body Pump instructor ( Cara ) is the best. She is passionate about what she teaches. She knows her clients and calls them by name. She always greets new people in the class and and makes them feel welcomed. Cara is knowledgeable and makes sure the class understands the workouts and is eager to offer assistance if needed.
I am seeing results in strength and balance since working with Cara.
I participate in the aqua classes and love them. Others in the class are friendly and helpful, as are the instructors. I’ve been trying other classes and have enjoyed them all
