I love the neighborhood that resides within the Y. Instructors are truly concerned that you are getting what you need to enjoy a healthy life outside the Y. I love seeing the same happy faces every morning and if I need directions about my exercise or suggestions in what would further benefit my routine. There is always someone there for me.
