My Primary Care Physician arranged for my introduction to Dr. Williams when a routine screen showed an elevated PSA value. Dr. Williams implemented a comprehensive evaluation process that led to a definitive diagnosis. I appreciated his thorough approach, professional evaluation and Board Certification. I subscribe to Peter Attia's pod casts as a health reference which further supported my confidence in Dr. Williams. Staff were very receptive and efficient in answering questions, setting up appointments and making sure things work as outlined. I came away with the impression they knew me as a person as well as a patient. My only suggestion is The Health Locker System has not been easy to use or access. I have been in the care of Dr. Williams for many years, and I have a high degree of trust and respect for his knowledge and expertise for addressing my urologic needs. I appreciate his patience and willingness to listen to any concerns I might have. His analysis and plans going forward for me seem to always make good sense. Also, I have only had excellent experiences with all office/medical staff that I have been associated with at the Idaho Urologic clinic.
