Josh did a great job helping us find properties to suit our needs. He was very patient as we looked at many different houses and helped us make a decision that was best for us. He was instrumental in negotiating fair terms and coming up with reasonable offers. He provided great advice regarding the future potential of the properties and had great contacts along the way for the insurance and mortgage. He went above and beyond to ensure we knew what we were purchasing and always provided honest answers to our many questions.
