Simply put, Josh is AMAZING! I was referred to Josh from our Broker and I must say, he did not disappoint! We looked at one house with him and ended up making a bid the next day. He worked diligently through the night to ensure that we got into this house; that is something I truly appreciated! He provided us with great advice, but was not pushy which is something my fiancé appreciated. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He allowed us to take our time while walking through the house and was able to answer the 90 million questions I had. If he didn’t have an answer, he did research and gave me an answer in a timely fashion. He made our experience in buying our home so easy. He is friendly, personable, and all around an amazing agent.
