From the first property showings through closing, he was responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help us move forward. One of Josh's greatest strengths is the network of professionals he has built. Whenever we needed assistance with inspections, insurance, contractors, or other aspects of the transaction, he was able to connect us with reliable contacts who helped keep the process moving smoothly. He was also extremely accommodating when it came to viewing properties, making himself available whenever opportunities came up and helping us evaluate potential investments with a practical, investor-focused perspective. He’s very knowledgeable about the process of selling a home. The facts and suggestions he came up with were 100% on. He’s very easy to work with and is nice and caring and took the time to answer all my questions. He always called me back or answered my texts, same day. I’ve dealt with approximately four other realtors in my lifetime and would rate him very high compared to them. All in all, it was one of the best house selling experiences I’ve ever had and was very surprised that everything only took three weeks.

Selling my home within a limited time frame felt overwhelming at first, but working with Josh made the entire process so much smoother. We called him because his name was on a sign in front of a house that we wanted to see. Even though he was a bit far away, he drove out right away. He was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. We were from Texas and were moving back to Michigan. We were not sure exactly what we were looking for. He took us to look at many houses in order to make sure that we got the right house for us. This is our forever home. He was always reassuring. He gave us lots of information that was very useful. When we finally found the one, he was joyful with us. We have worked with several realtors before and have a few as personal friends. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a house!
