He knows his stuff when it comes to finding a house, he went through the ins and outs of buying a home. He also taught me what to look for and when to avoid a purchase due to hefty repairs that will cost me in the long run. I'm very glad I came across him. Highly recommend 10/10

He went above and beyond to make sure I found the home that was perfect for me. He explained all the steps in a respectful way, and made sure that I, not only understood, but that I was happy with the terms, and gave me time to consider everything. Buying a home can be stressful, and sometimes it is the biggest decision a person will make in their lives. Joe treated it with the importance it deserves.

Joe, Was excellent. He is very good, knowledgeable and helpful. I can’t say enough about him and his help along the way to finding our new home. He would drive wherever whenever we wanted to look at a home, some places a hour and half from his location, with a great attitude, It was a long journey for us but Joe was able to work out every situation for us, very smart guy. I would recommend him to anyone.
