We like the personal nature of communication with Giancarlo. He calls when his crew has questions or needs supplies, and he is extremely responsive whenever we need to communicate with him or his crew. Our twice-weekly cleanings are always done well and Giancarlo & crew are always professional and friendly. We appreciate their efforts and would highly recommend their services. Thank you! I like that Sherman always shows up every week on time and he cleans our offices very well. As the office manager I hear all complaints from everyone regarding everything but since we switched over to Jan Pro, I have not heard any complaints from anyone.
