My husband and I are older and have been looking to downsize from our ten acre, 3000 square foot home, but we wanted to remain in the area (Chelsea). Julie was very knowledgeable about the real estate market here and was able to give us excellent advice. We went to numerous open houses over the course of a year and she was patient with us as we took a lot of time deciding on our best option. But when the perfect condo went on the market, she made sure we saw it asap. She scheduled a “mini” inspection the next day and crafted a thoughtful offer by that evening. It was accepted by the seller the following day. I would recommend Julie for any of your real estate needs.
