Julie is the best! We've been looking for a house for close to two years and she stuck with us every step of the way. She helped us write strong offers and kept in touch with listing agents to understand what the sellers wanted - like a quick close or fewer contingencies - to give us the best shot. Thanks to her, we finally got our dream home in a super competitive market & area. She really knows her stuff and was always happy to answer all our questions (and there were a lot!). We’re so grateful for everything she did and couldn’t have done it without her.

What I liked about my experience was that, Julie was very professional, patient, listen to my needs and wants. She did not push anything onto me, and when I didn’t like an area we looked at, she stayed away from there. When a new listing popped up, she was all over it, asking me when I’d liked to look at it. Julie was available at my time, and not when it was convenient for her. One thing I valued was her opinion, if I asked she would give it. That’s important to me, truthful. Thank you for that…..
