Julie is amazing in every way. She is everything one could hope for in a real estate professional - warm, genuine, hard working, responsive, knowledgeable, & experienced. AND - a great negotiator and always goes to bat for her clients. She will get you every last dollar possible, but do so in a way that parties on both ends of the transaction feel like it was fair and each gave and got in return. A true professional!
