Bought a child cycle helmet online, on arrival it was too small (particular model only came in 1 size) emailed julies cycles asking to change for a different helmet, had a rapid response, no problem at all. Sent the original back and had the replacement within 2 days of first email contact😀 also the icing on the cake was a phone call from a member of staff letting me know that the parcel had been dispatched. New helmet fitted perfectly 💯 % satisfied 😊 thank.

The service and advice are consistently helpful and informative. The team are always willing to help and suggest different options and without exception are genial and friendly. There is a great range of products which are competitively priced and the workshop is quick and efficient and highly competent in sorting out bike repairs and fittings. Highly recommended

Purchased a lovely Trek bike after a few months deliberating which one to have. Paid for the bike and agreed to collect it a week later. Due to the excitement I had forgotten to ask for a few other items that I needed. Rang the shop and they fitted said items as requested. Came in on the following Saturday, paid for the extras, had a talk with Simon about the bike and road away. Great customer service. Thank you. [FIRST NAME REMOVED].
