I like how the bikes was spaced out & easy to look at . The staff was very helpful and polite and gave me all the information I needed . Upon arrival to pick up my bew bike it was there ready Simon went through all the info again from how to charge the battery and all the settings needed so select the right gear and power mod . Bought a child cycle helmet online, on arrival it was too small (particular model only came in 1 size) emailed julies cycles asking to change for a different helmet, had a rapid response, no problem at all. Sent the original back and had the replacement within 2 days of first email contact😀 also the icing on the cake was a phone call from a member of staff letting me know that the parcel had been dispatched. New helmet fitted perfectly 💯 % satisfied 😊 thank.

The service and advice are consistently helpful and informative. The team are always willing to help and suggest different options and without exception are genial and friendly. There is a great range of products which are competitively priced and the workshop is quick and efficient and highly competent in sorting out bike repairs and fittings. Highly recommended
