Extremely happy with all aspects of researching / purchasing my new bike. Prompt reply to my initial email. Patient, helpful and knowledgeable sales person - thanks Simon!. Unpressured test ride. Easy online payment after receipt of quote. Bike prepared and collected the next day - comprehensive demonstration of unfamiliar features. And, of course, a great new bike with ongoing support as necessary including first service FOC. Faultless.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Well laid out shop giving room to inspect cycles. Being able to road test was a definite plus. Having stock and workshop time to get one ready while we were shopping was great. Having first service included and someone to call with any queries is reassuring. Will spread the word.

A good range of stock, reasonable prices, and excellent service. I bought the bike online and within minutes I had a call back to arrange collection. I got there at the prescribed time and it was all there ready to load into the car. I did a test ride. Everything was spot on so I bought a few extras, loaded up and drove home. 10/10. *****.
