I needed a pannier rack for my bike. Contacting the shop by phone i was given good service from the start to picking up my rack. I always go there when I have problems finding my bike items.

Staff were incredibly helpful and understanding of what we needed our bike for. Showed lots of patience and discussed all possibilities in finding the right bike for my Wife. Simon was very kind and nothing was too much to ask. Happily using our new Liv to help transport little one to Nursery. Will be returning when I need my new bike next.
