'Service with a smile'. The guys were able to service the bike immediately, explained clearly the problems with it and the potential costs involved. They fitted additional parts to the bike and gave advise on best lamp fittings too. They showed much experience and knowledge in bikes and bike repairs. I definitely recommend them.

The gentleman that took care of me was very patient, friendly, knowledgeable and non-pushy. I asked lots of questions but wasn’t made to feel like anything was too much trouble. I’ve just taken my new bike out for a test ride and love it so far. The only slight issue for me was finding somewhere to park but with the city location that can’t really be helped.

I received a great service! Firstly, I called the store to check stock of a certain product! It was immediately put aside for me whilst I placed the online order. The item was received extremely quick, within 2 days including free postage! My husband, who is very fussy, was extremely pleased with his pedals. Thank you so much, I will definitely use this company again.

I was looking for a Trek Electra Alloy Wire MIK Basket – the bike shop where I bought my bike didn't have any; nor did Trek online. But they tracked one down at Julie's cycles, and I was delighted when it was delivered promptly the next day. Very glad to have found the basket, and a great service.
