Great quality products. Staff members are amazing. Really helpful with anything. I came in to get my cleats out on and one of the guys gave me a whole lesson on how to clip in and unclip. No question is too silly and everyone is happy to help

Customer service was very good. There was plenty of time to ask questions about the bikes and an opportunity to try out different models. The information about serving was very clear and I felt that I could call back at anytime to sort out potential problems if they arose.
