Bought 2 e mountain bikes on line (insurance claim voucher situation or I would have bought here) Both bikes delivered with a headset issue… factory error no quality control. Rang Julie’s and they said would fix. Took them in saturday morning and had a text hour and a half later, they were done. I hadn’t got back home! Picked them up and all sorted. Thank you Julie’s. Great service and very reasonable price. I will be back.

Fabulous staff, they advise and guide not push and sell, great knowledge and a great aftercare offer of a free service after 3 months to ensure that your bike is in A1 shape after all cables etc have settled in, superb people. i will be back many times for sure DC

Customer service is 10 out of 10. When I phoned wanting some help about the rear rack I was ordering the man on the phone was extremely helpful, making sure I was ordering the correct one, even finding the bike in store that I have and checking it would fit. The item was posted out that day too. If I lived closer to Leicestershire, I’m in Hampshire, I would love to have Julie’s Cycles as my local bike shop.
