Julie was so incredibly knowledgeable about the process and the area. It really helped that she let us know what to expect at closing and walked us through every step of the way. Additionally, she was always responsive. I don't know when she sleeps because she was always answered at all hours. She is ultra professional and really knows her stuff.

Julie Svinicki has been the ultimate support system throughout our first home buying experience. Giving us a wealth of information on the Ann Arbor market, advising us to speak to a lender early to set a budget so we could focus our search, scheduling showings at the drop of a hat, constructing offers (and making sure us first-timers understood the process!), coordinating multiple inspections and estimates, walking through all closing documents--she did all of that and checked in with us every step of the way. I never felt pressured or worried that I might be missing something: Julie was on top of everything, and it was so helpful and reassuring to know she had our backs. I would wholeheartedly recommend her services to anyone looking to buy in the Ann Arbor area. I know I will definitely will be returning to her for any future real estate needs.

Wow! I have no words for how AMAZING Julie Svinicki was with the selling if my home! When we met I told her I wanted her complete honesty and she gave me that and more! Julie was amazing. She spent a lot of time explaining things to us and did a great job answering our questions. She was very responsive. She organized all of our inspections and all of her inspection contacts were extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. Julie was especially great during the offer phase. She knew exactly when to push us to move faster to make sure we did everything in a timely way, and this waa critical for us getting the house.
