I scheduled an appointment for a 10/19/16 between 12-2pm, and received a confirmation email. The appointment time came and went and no one showed up. No call. No communication at all. We had to call to see if anyone was coming. They finally showed up almost 2 hours after the scheduled appointment. Once they showed up, they were nice and quickly hauled away our mattress. However, if you promise a time you will be there (especially with a 2 hour window) it would be nice if you could notify your customers that you will be late.
