Love your service. I do have to add we parked in a covered row this trip in row 12 and the amount of bird poop on our vehicle was a lot. I know there are some kind of birds living in the rafters, but I need you to know, as this has not happened in the past.

I made the reservation because I was afraid of bad weather coming in while we were gone. Fortunately said weather never came and the car was fine. When they picked us up at the car to take us to the airport, it was very quick. Coming back from the airport was very slow. It appeared that they only had two drivers working that night and there was probably 100 people waiting and that is no exaggeration. It was actually pretty amazing how quickly they got it done. I think we waited for a total of 30 minutes but we were the first drop in our car on the third bus that came. Good experience and I will do it again.
