It’s easy to book your reservation online. Check in on site and quick pick up make traveling a breeze. knowing your vehicle is safe and secure under covered parking makes traveling less stressful! All of this at a reasonable price!

In general, the service that is provided is excellent. However, there are times when it takes a while to catch the shuttle van both in the parking lot and at the airport. Also, would like to see every driver utilize the QR code to tip them through the app verses cash or Venmo which at least 1 drive tries to us. I am a loyal customer!

It was simple to scan in and out of the lot. I was picked up promptly and given a card with my spot so that I didn't have to guess where my car was. Upon my return, the driver knew which car was mine from the card and delivered my bags to my car. Such a simple and efficient process. I don't see any reason to park anywhere else.

Convenient place to park. However, the driver wrote down the wrong space number. The return driver drove much to fast through the parking lot and turns. Hang on!

It's nice to leave your car near the airport under cover and gated. Coming back and knowing its taking care of.

The app works great to locate you when you return and locate you to pick up. The pickup although took 30-40 minutes.

The security. Covered parking in the event of bad weather, the lighting. We arrived back home and were picking up our vehicle after midnight. The covered parking is very well lit. A HUGE plus for exhausted travelers. The BIGGEST, BEST and the service I value most, the employees. From the attendants willingness to make certain we found where we needed to park (and ensured we found it), to the drivers. The drivers were personable, and informative. They helped us get our luggage on and off the buses. That doesn’t sound like much, but based on the weight and strange size of my luggage, but ours drivers (coming and going), were very cautious with the luggage. They were personable and BOTH drivers (again, coming and going), held the highest level of professionalism but treated us like they were picking up one of their own family members.
