Convenient. Bus was right there came back. Although wish there would have been a sign telling me where to turn. I had anxiety attack trying to get there with construction. Looked like off ramp was afraid to go up. Then headed on ended up back down 112th called and man was rather rude asking why I was where I was. Not necessary just tell me what to do. I saw the generator again looked like exit ramp. Dark. Again nerve racking leaving. I saw car on wrong side of cones headed straight into 1 of your shuttles .

I have always had a good experience with the Parking Spot in Kansas City however, there is a lot of road construction going on right now on the highway leading to the Parking Spot. It is VERY DIFFICULT to get to. This has been going on for months. There is no clear signage as to where to turn to get to the Parking Spot and the road is, in fact, difficult to find. I cannot be the only one having this problem. Could they PLEASE add signs until the road construction is finished? Everything else in this location is great.

Parking Spot is very accessible (well, except for the current road constructions). Fast & efficient. The drivers are very helpful. Majority with great customer service skills. I love having the ones that actually help me load my big, huge, heavy luggage in the back of my SUV after a vacation. They are just fantastic! The only downside is some of the drivers will announce that a gratuity is expected which is a total "turn off" for me. I would like to be the one to decide if the service was exceptional to give that well-deserved gratuity.
