Once the car is parked, a shuttle bus is there shortly after to take us to the terminal. Shuttle buses are waiting at the terminal for arriving flights, we walked out of the terminal, got on the waiting bus, straight to the lot. Get in the car, go to the window and pay. Pretty efficient all around, both in and out.

I did not catch either of our driver's names. The first went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I got to the airport as quickly as possible. Upon boarding the shuttle, I received notice that our plane was boarding.. We did make the flight. Upon returning home, our driver got us to our car when my daughter realized that she left her backpack in the airport bathroom.. This driver turned back around and got us to the airport. Both gentlemen were kind and gracious during very stressful situations. Thank you doesn't cover it.
