Great service for KC travelers to use Parking Spot. Very friendly drivers, great app for reservation management. Clean vehicles and the covered parking during the winter months is great benefit for my personally. The shuttle is incredibly prompt - they collect you (and drop you back) right by your car and it's only a short ride to the terminal. Prices are competitive and fair. Highly recommend for KCI.

It’s secure and safe, reliable and easy to utilize. I have always used the parking spot and won’t use anything else! I love how fast it is to be picked up when you park and then we don’t have to wait long when we are returning. They have amazing drivers as well!! I do wish there was a way for on the ticket that we can save to put some wallet that it says where our car parked. It would be so much easier and more convenient when we enter the parking lot and are told where to go that it updates on the electronic receipt so we don’t have to deal with a piece of paper off where our car is parked.

Shuttles are frequent. Construction near the entrance is confusing, however. I will definitely use the Parking Spot again.
