So easy and convenient, love to reserve online, and the van is always at the airport when we come out with our baggage, we don't even have to call them. It is fast and efficient and when we arrive at The Parking Spot, someone always comes out right away to help us and tell us where to [LAST NAME REMOVED]. I like having an account where we can earn points, etc.
The ONLY negative comment I have is when we came back from our trip and went through the line that has the person at the window to help us check out, it took him a little bit of time to acknowledge that we were there, didn't say two words to us and, to me, seemed out of sorts that we came through his line instead of going to the self-serve lines. He handed my husband two waters, one of which fell to the ground and my husband tried to retrieve it but was unable to maneuver the tight space. The attendant didn't apologize, ask is we wanted another one, or react to the situation. Granted it was late when we went through (10 pm or so on March 3) and he may have been having a bad night (my husband thought that we may have woken him up). On previous trips, we've always had very friendly attendants. It wasn't a big deal at all in the grand scheme of things, but thought I would let you know.
We wouldn't choose anywhere else to [LAST NAME REMOVED], you make it sooo easy and we really like it!

I appreciate the fact that I can schedule parking through your app. I also appreciate that I can come through a kiosk to park and leave your property through an unmanned drive-through. But because I like and enjoy people, I don't do that very often. However, twice in my last two travel opportunities I have been mildly displeased with the contact with two of your employees. I would suggest for those employees that a supervisor deems it necessary, to go through a brush up on customer service. Overall, I am thoroughly pleased with your company and the services it provides me.

Very dependable service. We always use it at MCI. I like that a real person greets you when you arrive (no matter what time, day or night.) I also appreciate the recent update on the construction around the area and info on the Waze App. I do wish that the Rows were lighted or better defined. It is hard to tell which row you are on as the shuttle drives around (due to the mesh on the windows.) Or, the driver needs to announce the Parking Spot. Many times the shuttle is crowded and it is difficult to determine the exact location you are at. But overall, love your service!
