We had to drop off our car and leave the airport in the middle of the night. The driver was very helpful and friendly with helping with our luggage and getting us to terminal in a timely manner. The drop off at the car coming home was also punctual and helpful with our luggage. Would definitely use the Parking Spot again!

When I left, the attendant was very helpful with giving me accurate and clear directions on the best way to get on I-29N, due to construction. He was very friendly and after traveling for a few days, I greatly appreciated it!

The employees are so friendly. My battery died in my vehicle upon my return and they assisted me with a jump. They were eager to help me in the bitter Missouri cold and let me stay in the office to warm up. Great people and great service!
