I lost my phone while riding in one of their shuttles. It was delivered back to the office by the driver before I had realized it was missing. Even the guy I stopped in his tracks to ask if he'd radio the others, was very helpful. I do wish we had been dropped off at departures on the second level when we started or trip, but all in all I appreciated all their help getting to and from the new airport.
