This is the only parking service I will use at the Kansas City airport. From the ease of the on-line reservation system to check out, the Parking Spot has got their act together. Having had watched the airports "blue busses" roll by without stopping times on end, you never have to worry about the Parking Spot busses stopping. And, if one is full, another one will be along shortly. Keep up the good work!!

I so appreciate having the bus pick me up at my parking spot right when I park, no waiting. I also appreciate the pick up at the airport and transport back with little to no wait time and dropped off at my car. Being a single woman, traveling alone this is such a comforting feeling

They are prompt and polite! They got me to the airport quickly and picked me up to take me back to my car even faster. My flight was delayed, and I landed in KC after 1:00 a.m. I didn’t have to wait for the bus like you do in Long Term Parking. The Parking Spot bus was right outside the airport and took me straight to my car immediately. Thank you!

Fast in and out, quick pick up from parking spot and lots of transportation back. Driver will put bags in the trunk for you. I do wish the exit route was better signposted.

Kansas City location: 1. The employees are so nice & courteous! Nice change of pace compared to other companies' customer service, which is non-existent. 2. Location in relation to the airport is perfect, along with the frequency of shuttle vans coming through for pick up, no matter the time of day. 3. Price is good for the convenience. I always price economy & compare it to The Parking Spot & the price point has not made me switch to economy at this time.
