Not all of my experiences have been as good as this one, but this one was certainly a 10. Driver was exceptionally courteous arrived at my parking place at the same time we got there. In my rush to get on the bus because he was there so quickly I forgot something and he backed up so that I could get it. When we returned home, the bus was right there waiting for us and we were the second stop. Because I had prepaid. It was the first time I didn’t get stuck in a line for two or three minutes plus.

Being picked up at my car and taking right to the terminal door. Then when I return home being picked up right at the terminal door and returned right to my car. It's nice having someone to load my bags on and off the shuttle.

Ease of making reservations and prompt pick up service was great! The only issue I had is with navigating to the Parking Spot location in Kansas City with the current road construction at road entrance. I arrived at 5:15AM and with no signage it was very confusing as to where I was going. At one point I turned around thinking I was on an interstate exit ramp. I then turned around and went back to find the entrance successfully. I feel signage should have been added to avoid confusion and potential accidents.

Your services were great, as always! However, getting into your parking lot is next to impossible. The construction has made finding the small entry to your parking lot very difficult. There are no signs pointing to The Parking Spot or how to get there. I took two passes at try to get there before I finally decided to take a chance and make a left turn at at "no left turn" sign hoping it would lead me to you (it looked like a dead end). And it did! Twenty minutes later than I was supposed to be there. We still made our flight on time, but it was very stressful especially at 4:30 in the morning.

The drivers we have had are very helpful. We usually travel with two toddlers and one 9 year old and two car seats. The drivers help us get our luggage on and off the bus. They are also very friendly! I hope they are getting the pay they deserve!
