Karen is an amazing real estate agent. We found her by chance in 2020 when we purchased our first home. Fast forward to 2025 we were ready to list that home and buy our forever home Karen was ready and helped us every step of the way. She is knowledgeable, organized, and outstanding with communication. Karen stayed with me through the whole experience. She was the one to help me find my house and 4 years later she is who I called on again for help in selling mt home . Through the process of buying and selling Karen was very informative , knowledgeable and helpful. She could pick out bad areas on a house almost instantly when we went to look at homes . My house when I decided to put up for sale took me longer than expected and she was there every step of the way. Her pep talks are great too. Anyone looking to buy or sell should reach out . My house only took 5 days to get so many offers ans showings . I was amazed . Thank you again Karen and Hunt reality . Couldn't and wouldn't have done it without you .

Karen helped us find a house and sell the house we were living in. When looking for a new home Karen was very thorough with what we wanted in a new home and the type of are we wanted to live in. That wasnt easy for here because my wife and I were not exactly on the same page with some of the items. Karen was never pushy and was very knowledgeable in regard to quality features, flaws and potential issues down the road. Selling our home she was also fantastic with what improvements we should perform before listing , planned out a great marketing plan and wrote the perfect description and bio for our home. She negotiated well, worked hard and most of all was successful

If I could give Karen more than 10 stars I would. She was so helpful in selling our house. She was so transparent about every step of the process, and gave us great advice. She helped come in and decorate it to make it look so beautiful, she pointed out minor fixes to make the listing great, she gave us great recommendations for handy men and other house improvement professionals, and we got significantly over what we were hoping to get. I would recommend her to everyone I know in the Syracuse area.

Karen was the first person to call me when I initially started looking for a house. She was very upfront with explaining to me what I can expect during the process. She is easy to communicate with both via text, phone and email. She either immediately responds or if she's with another client will call you back in a very timely manner. She has a vast in depth knowledge of the greater Syracuse housing market. She is a "one stop shop" and has a whole team to take care of all your needs to get to closing. She has even answered my questions after closing. She cares about her clients and I just cant say enough about how pivotal she was in me getting my 1st home. I’ve taken awhile to respond because I don’t know where to start. To say Karen was amazing is a true understatement. She held our hands from day one. What she did, does & still doing is way beyond what a realtor should do. My husband & I went into this totally blind as OCIDA was forcing us to sell our home to them & they weren’t ready to give up any money for us to buy a home until the last minute. She took time to show houses to us so we knew what we would be looking for in a new home. She did this for almost a year. She came to know us & our finances so very well. She pushed our lawyer & us to get things moving & it worked. Finally after almost a year and a half we have a new home and she made everything go so smoothly. Also all of you at Hunt were fabulous! If she could get realtor of the year that would be great. Tim & I can’t thank Karen enough for all she has done. We thank her from our heart. You have one heck a player on your team.
