Karen was wonderful to work with. I was very happy with the way she listed and marketed my property - I think it was a major factor in the quick sale of my condo at a price I was happy with. Also, the photographer she worked with was excellent - the interior shots really made the place shine and they even included drone images to give an overall impression of the grounds and surrounding areas. Karen was also extremely responsive with any questions or concerns I had. She was available throughout the listing, offer and closing processes and did a great job quelling my first time seller anxieties.

Starting at the Open House right through to the closing, Karen has had the best interest of us in mind every step of the way. Her selling strategy managed to sell our home in about a week for a price that we found acceptable. Additionally, we are working with a difficult purchasing agent and even more difficult buyers. Karen has managed to isolate us (the seller) from the anger and negativity coming at us from the purchasing Team. Highest regards to Karen for this difficult sale.

Karen is compassionate, PATIENT, and very kind. My concerns were her concerns! Additionally, she was always on the lookout for every little thing, item, etc as well as big items, appliances, walls, leaks, furnace!! Bottom line karen had my best interest at heart as a realtor! A++++ in my mind and heart.
