Karen is an expert in navigating the complexities and nuance of real estate, and she goes above and beyond to get the job done. She's also quick to respond to messages or take calls and accommodating to schedule with, which makes things a breeze! Aside from all that she's a blast to be around and a genuinely great person. I had the most amazing experience with Karen! I had limited time to find the home we needed. She did the research on every home. I looked at a lot of prospective situations. She’s a problem solver always available and nothing fazed her. She is a wealth of knowledge and will tell you the truth. Her advice is spot on and she is a consummate professional. She got me through a rough situation with good information and good advice. Never left me hanging for a minute and she is so pleasant. She found the perfect home and jumped through several hoops to do it. I still felt like I was the only concern she had. Just call, Karen!

Karen was amazing throughout the entire process. She was supportive when I had problems with my bank and condo association, worked with the seller when I needed a few extra days to get the bank paperwork in order, and even helped me visit the house so I could start planning what I needed to do first when I got the keys. She was wonderful and I would definitely recommend her (and already have) to my friends and family. Thanks Karen for being part of my team through this whole process.
