We are moving from Colorado and flew to Michigan for a few days to house hunt. Karen went above and beyond our expectations. She was flexible with her schedule, knowing that we were in town for a limited amount of time. She helped us find a great house, and worked closely with us to answer all questions to prepare for a quick closing. Since we are not in town, Karen went the extra mile to videotape the walkthrough and send it to us, as well as she made several trips to the house checking on it until we arrived in town. There are so many other things she has done above expectations - we HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Karen!

Karen was very patient throughout the entire transaction. We’re extremely picky customers and Karen worked with us for close to a year and a half to find the right house. She sent us homes on a regular basis and was always available for showings and was accommodating to our less than accommodating work schedules. She was always there to answer questions during showings, offers, inspection, and closing and was very knowledgeable. We’re forever grateful to have had her help in winning our house and we’ll be sure to have her on speed dial when we’re ready for our next home.

Transition went smooth , unique real estate experience sold my house for more than asking price. All feedback was up to date and paperwork appointment times and being thorough on taking care of any home inspections. I highly recommend Karen and Jim as a team they do very well, with Karen's longevity in the real estate business has come up with some unique ideas that was very beneficial. I highly recommend them. Plus they got a beautiful office.
