She follows up very well with the progress of the deals. She is very creative to make deals with potential buyers and sellers. I had excellent experiences with Karen to sell my properties in time by communicating with buyers and builders. I had a water intrusion issues in the garage for 3 years old property that was caused by improper grade by the original builder. Karen communicated with the builder and convinced them to layout the procedures to fix the problem that helped buyer to sign the contract. Without Karen’s help I wasn’t able to sell my property that is just 3 years old. I recommend Karen for real estate deals without any reservation.
