Everything was excellent! Kata and Diane were ALWAYS available, no matter the time of day or night. They both made the listing, showing and presentation of offers stress free. Prior to listing they worked with us without any commitment on our part as if we had already signed for their help. The entire process went without a hitch, we were totally aware of every detail of what was happening - No Surprises!
