Kate expertise in the Real Estate Business and communication was pivotal in making home purchasing decision. Throughout our home buying process, Kate was incredibly communicative, promptly answered calls and emails, keeping us informed about every development. Kate's efficiency was remarkable in negotiation process and expediting paperwork. Took time to review minor details in making home purchase experience as informative and less stressful. Kate provided market analysis and made negotiation process very smooth. Even during vacation she took time to ensure I was informed about the progress on closing process. Even after closing she followed up with HOA, seller and Utility services to ensure occupancy of our new residence is smooth. Kate was awesome. She guided us through amazing staging and her team produced beautiful photos of our home that definitely made a difference in how our house measured up to others in the area. She was on top of all of the details and her communication was top notch. This was important to us as we had already left the area and were not in town during any of the time our home was on the market. Kate was extraordinary. She never seemed hurried. As first time home sellers, she made sure all of our questions were answered and often gave additional information we needed but did not think to ask. She is punctual, clear, warm and knowledgable. She made the business part of the process painless. I can't say enough about how satisfying and comforting it was to have Kate as the leader of our home selling team. As an "above and beyond" action, Kate took it upon herself to interview perspective agents in our new state of residence, to help us pick a good agent to represent us in our buying process. Kate was there from the beginning to the end to explain every step of the process and took the time to really understand what we were looking for in our first home. From the first phone call, she was attentive to our wish list, walked us through how to start the process, and explained each part of the step as it was arriving. While visiting the first few houses, she showed us what to look for in a potential home and how to train our eye to see what was below the surface along with taking the time to walk us through the home buying process and what steps we needed to take in order to get to closing. There are a lot of people you need to be in contact with during the process and Kate handled it flawlessly. We were never uncertain of what would come next or why we were signing a certain document because Kate took the time to go over every detail.
