My wife and I decided we were going to relocate from San Diego to Ann Arbor to be closer to her family in anticipation of the birth of our first child. From the first call with Kathryn she instilled a sense of confidence and professionalism and local knowledge that we thought was a perfect fit for our situation. We were able to coordinate home inspections from a distance, but when visiting one particular home, she strongly encouraged me to hop on a redeye and see it for myself the next day. I’m glad she did, we loved the house, and within 48 hours our offer had been accepted. She was clear and thorough through a 21 day close process, everything went smoothly, and we were able to close in early February. With her help and guidance, we will be able to settle in our new home and have everything in place before the birth of our child this summer.
Would definitely recommend if you’re looking in the greater Ann Arbor area.

Kathryn anticipated every move that was made, she always had a plan, but was very easy to not only talk to, but game plan with.
We really appreciated her and the team. They staged the home so well, the ladies were a dream to work with, they gave there two cents, but were very mindful, and not only read my wife and I but were able to work with us on the fly with NO pressure at any time.
This was the BEST purchase and sales experience EVER.

Kathryn quickly developed an understanding of what we were looking for in Brighton and identified potential properties that had the features we wanted. She was always responsive and spent time both taking us to showings and visiting properties on our behalf when we weren't able to be in Brighton.
Her network of other professionals - lenders, painters, inspectors - was a huge plus before and after closing.
Her opinions on property features and condition were very helpful in making decisions on which property to make an offer on.

When I needed to sell an apartment, Kathryn hit the ground running and helped steer me through the selling and closing process. She is very knowledgeable and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was an absentee seller not living in or near Ann Arbor and she went the extra mile to make my life as easy as possible in order to prepare the apartment for sale. I needed an electrician, a HVAC contractor, a carpet cleaner, a cleaning service, a junk hauler, a stager, etc. She had a relationship with every vendor who each did a great job and she was there to monitor everyone. She is personable and a wonderful asset for Reinhart Realtors. She was always responsive day and night whether it was a text, phone call or email. I would highly recommend her and would have given her an "11" if I was able to do so, but I can only go as high as 10.
