Ms. Kathryn (Trina) Schiavitti was extremely helpful through the entire home selling process starting with a thorough walk-thru, making recommendations regarding cleanup, storage, and staging all the way through the pricing, appraisal, marketing including photographing of the house, scheduling of home viewings, inspections, etc. to the final sale of the home. Something needed to be done; Trina was actively involved. As this was a situation that required a great deal of patience, there could not have been a better Realtor to handle this listing.
