Kathy Anderson is truly the best!!!! She swore she would get us our forever home and her hard work and excellent professionalism and persistence got us our forever home today! She handled our house sell with amazing knowledge and got us a fantastic offer! She worked so hard for us for our purchase and her constant professionalism made the seller feel confident in our offer. Her handling of complex sales and situations makes her invaluable to her clients!!! We were blessed to be introduced to her 7 years ago and she helped us get our amazing first home in Buffalo. We never lost touch and was our first call in looking for our forever home. She is truly one of a kind and I cannot recommend her enough. I could write a novel and it wouldn't cover how amazing she is and how much she truly cares and works for her clients! She is truly the best!

Kathy is highly qualified, extremely knowledgeable and dedicates all of her energy for the benefit of her clients. She went, in my estimation, out of her way to make the sale of my mother's home as easy and as efficient as possible. Her advise as to staging the house and making several improvements, in my opinion, made the house more attractive to potential buyers. Her knowledge and her expertise made the process of selecting the best offer easy to decide. She's the best.

Kathy was professional at all times, and brought a relentless energy to the table. She never seemed to tire or lose interest in the listing of my property from the time I signed the contract with Hunt to the day the Title was transferred to new owners. I was very pleased with her performance at the open houses and her ability to navigate the decisions we had to consider when multiple offers for the property came in.
