We had an outstanding experience working with our realtor. Because we live out of the area, we were never able to be physically present during the selling process—but she handled everything seamlessly on our behalf. She made multiple trips to the property, coordinated cleanup, helped sell and remove furniture, and introduced us to excellent contractors to take care of needed repairs. She also staged the home beautifully, ran multiple open houses, and diligently followed up with interested buyers. Her hands-on approach and attention to detail made a real difference in how the home was presented and how much interest it received. Throughout the process, she was highly professional, responsive, and an excellent negotiator who truly advocated for our best interests. She helped us achieve our goals while making what could have been a stressful remote sale feel smooth and well-managed.
