It felt like Kathy was a lawyer who was winning a case for me. She knew the big picture and asked good questions about my preferences to decide our strategy for putting in an offer. I saved a lot of money in the process and still got my first offer accepted. She acted quickly and like an investigator any time I had a question or curiosity about something. She's personable and other folks in the industry enjoy working with her. She helped me set up appointments around my work schedule, so I didn't have to miss any work. When I was tired from the process, she offered water & snacks like the coach of an athlete. So basically it was like getting a lawyer, private investigator, public relations representative, personal assistant and coach all in one person. I felt like I was able to be myself in this process & also receive experienced professional support. Kathy matched me in the high energy & determination I had to make it happen and she was encouraging and respectful the entire time.

I could not have done this without Kathy! She was by my side every step of the way in this crazy competitive market with over the top research; information gathering; connecting and communication with selling agents, lenders, homeowner associations; negotiating, follow-up and prep for closing. All of this was more than I expected but she became a true friend and major support to me through a difficult market and life style change. I could not recommend Kathy any more highly!

I visited five open houses last fall. Of the five realtors represented, Kathy was the most friendly, helpful and the most knowledgeable. I had much to learn about the real estate market, having not purchased a home for 22 years. On the first night, Kathy was willing to spend almost two hours with my husband and me via zoom, answering all our questions about the current housing market and informing us as to what to expect. We waited several months before beginning our search in earnest, and once we gave the green light, Kathy was efficient, capable, encouraging and a very wise advisor. She let us make our own decisions, but when we asked for advice, she gave strategic and smart answers.
