Kati is a very efficient and professional real estate agent. She knows the market, neighborhoods, . She advised us on what had to be done to make our house appealing to buyers. She helped us find reliable contractors. She was always on top of the action, she interfaced dynamically with the buyer's agent, the title company, and insured that the process leading to closure was done without any delay or problem. She listed the house at the appropriate price for the market. We had several visitors the day the house was listed, got an offer over the asking price, that same day and were able to close in record 4 weeks! We highly recommend Kati to anyone looking for a realtor.
