My recent appointment with Ms. Katy Holder was requested for further information in regard to two of my concerns for my last visit the 29th of November. The first concern was to understand why I had recently received a second pill prescription for my prostate problem. Ms. Holder quickly reminded me that in August I was informed of the pending 2nd pill to help shrink my enlarged prostate. I had failed to recall this head up and soon realized that I need to pay attention to important medical notices more diligently. My excuse is that I have now 8 different doctors trying to help me improve my quality of life and longevity. The second concern is in trying to communicate IUI about instructions and questions. I have 18% hearing left in one ear and 44% in the other ear. Currently, I am on my 3rd set of hearing aids. My current hearing specialist has told me there are sounds that I will never hear again, I am hard of hearing and phone communication is next to impossible to understand. IUI will not accept phone messaging. Email notices are also not acceptable for IUI. In order to get answers, I come into my various medical faculties to arrange a visual meeting where I can with the aid of reading lips have been able to obtain answers directly, which with IUI costs me $50 a visit. Most of my other medical contacts apparently welcome my visits free of charge. Ms. Holder advised me to use a portal system in the future when I have concerns. Currently I have 10 different portal systems which require ever changing passwords. Please understand that I am still in computers 101 and I have to have my neighbor help with in maintaining computer Communicatons. Yes, Ms. Holder was very understanding and sympathetic to my Delima. I am very lucky that she is on my medical team and would highly recommend her medical discipline to whomever needs help at least related to IUI medical assistance. Sincerely Richard L. Francisco

She is very professional and answered all my questions. I am allergic to many medications and she was going to look into the correct medication for my physical issues this day. So far I have been able to tolerate the medication she ordered and am very appreciative for that. Was able to get my lab report when she came into the exam room. Very pleasant person.

I love how Katie Holder listens to what I have to say about my urinary health and issues. She is kind and understanding. The MA and receptionist at the Boise office was helpful. I can’t say enough good things about them but it’s true. WONDERFUL
