I wouldn't go anywhere else for a bike! The staff are awesome. They're super helpful but not overbearing. They had no problem answering all of my questions, even though I said I was only there to get an idea of what I wanted. I checked out a bike one day, and even though I hadn't committed, they had it prepped for me the next day! My last bike from them had a couple of minor problems, but getting it serviced was no hassle at all!

They were helpful on the phone when I was looking for race bmx bikes for my son's. I dropped by, picked out two bikes and they brought them back to the shop area and quickly prepped them to be ready to ride. They were very helpful, polite, and engaged in nice conversation. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Pat definitely took the time to figure out what kind of bikes we needed as well as explain the features about them. This was our first bicycles that weren't from a big box store, auction, or a hand me down. No pressure into a more expensive bike, just what bike fit our needs and our size. They were also willing to hold onto the bikes until we got back to Rockford with our bike carrier.
