I took my bike in for service and had to have both shifter cables replaced.
Got it back and shifting is working perfectly now! It was great to get back on my bike :)
If I decide to buy a new bike, you will be my first stop!

Always easy to work with and appreciative of my business. I will order from them and drive an hour away to pick it up just because I would rather spend my money with a shop that is there to help and supports the sport then just an online giant. Patient. Robb put several bike seats on to test to find the one I liked. He even rode with me in a neighboring parking lot to build my confidence and give me pointers to adjust to an e-bike. Can only give praise for the service I received.
I walked in to ask about purchasing some brakes and the staff took the time to answer my questions. They were all so friendly and knowledgeable that I felt a sense of honesty and sincerity that I decided not to purchase what I had come in for. Instead I purchased a brand new e-bike with confidence that they will be there for service if or when I will need it. I've worked in the service business most of my life and found out that this is how you get and keep loyal customers. They do a great job at this store.
