I went in with a pretty solid idea of what I wanted. Within a few minutes, I was asked if I needed help, and when I told him what I was looking for, he grabbed it off the rack, set me up with pedals, and started dialing in the bike for my weight while installing them. I believe his name was AJ—he was very helpful and easy to talk to. Overall, I had a great experience purchasing my Specialized Status mountain bike from Kegel’s.

Have used Kegels Bikes for 15+ years for ALL of my bike and accessories purchases and have always gotten great service as well as them OFTEN having what I am looking for in stock so I can just drive over and pick something else, and occasionionally I will place orders online through their site when I can't stop in to pick something up!
