Patient. Robb put several bike seats on to test to find the one I liked. He even rode with me in a neighboring parking lot to build my confidence and give me pointers to adjust to an e-bike. Can only give praise for the service I received.

I walked in to ask about purchasing some brakes and the staff took the time to answer my questions. They were all so friendly and knowledgeable that I felt a sense of honesty and sincerity that I decided not to purchase what I had come in for. Instead I purchased a brand new e-bike with confidence that they will be there for service if or when I will need it. I've worked in the service business most of my life and found out that this is how you get and keep loyal customers. They do a great job at this store.
