I am the furthest thing from a bike mechanic, and everyone at Kegel's is more than willing to explain in very simple terms. They go the extra mile to ensure I know what is happening with my bike when it is going in for service.

I went in with a pretty solid idea of what I wanted. Within a few minutes, I was asked if I needed help, and when I told him what I was looking for, he grabbed it off the rack, set me up with pedals, and started dialing in the bike for my weight while installing them. I believe his name was AJ—he was very helpful and easy to talk to. Overall, I had a great experience purchasing my Specialized Status mountain bike from Kegel’s.
