I was very pleased to find that they try to fast-track simple fixes (for them) like fixing my flat tire. I rolled my bike with its flat front tire into the store expecting them to tell me it would be a week or two since it's late May and they must be very busy with repairs and tune-ups. But, they said I'd be texted when it was ready by end of TODAY; and then I was texted about noon! Someone met me at the counter immediately and had my bike checked in in 5 minutes. I was happy with the tune-ups and new handlebars for Mrs' bike last year, too.
