Great customer service and accommodating. The gentleman that greeted me and my daughter was knowledgeable and let us take a spin on our bikes. Would highly recommend the greater Rockford area to stop in there if looking to purchase a bike.

Took my bike in for a flat tire repair and the techs were up to the butts in repairs for bikes that would used in a half ironman the very next day. I assumed I would drop the bike and pick it up on Monday, which wasn't a problem, but I was pleasantly surprised when my bike repair got shoved to the front of the line...GREAT JOB KEGELS!

Great folks. Friendly and knowlegeable. Kegel's provides top notch service and repairs and also has a big selection of new and a few used bikes. You can get cycling apparel, shoes, helmets... and all the accessories you need to ride comfortably and safely.
