Staff always friendly and knowledgeable.I get my bike serviced at Ellekers regularly and the mechanics always do a 1st class job.When I first moved into the area 20 years ago or so I did try other bike shops but now I never go elsewhere other than Ellerkers.

Very informative staff, friendly, enthusiastic. Very helpful to me, being relatively not up to speed with the way bikes and equipment have moved forward through the years. Excellent advice given to me to make sure I chose the right bike tailored to my requirements, right size, good fit, etc. As a result, I feel really confident in riding my new bike, 'riding' on the enthusiasm generated by all the staff at Ken Ellerker Cycles. Very friendly and amiable staff. Initial impressions were very pleasant and accommodating - they welcomed me by name and offered me a drink which was a nice touch. I had arranged a bike fit which was carried out by Lee. He was clearly very knowledgeable and worked through the fit with clear instruction and explanation. The adjustments made were minimal but having ridden 100 miles over the following two days, have proven effective in releasing a little more power and (more importantly) improving my comfort on the bike. I would sincerely recommend Ken Ellerker Cycles and will use them in future for certain.

I really like the friendly and helpful staff. Too many business nowadays feel very clinical but the environment in the shop is very laid back whilst still being professional. Keep up the good work and give the staff a raise 😁
