Ken Ellerker provided fantastic service when I had a manufacturer issue with a bike I purchased. They backed me from the beginning and had the manufacturer replace the bike in question with a brand new one. They were respectful and knowledgable throughout the whole process and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyway purchasing a bike.
