Months before meeting face-to-face, Ken tuned in to our housing needs and tailored the listings he sent us. Because we live out of state, Ken made arrangements to show multiple homes to our daughter and son-in-law frequently accommodating their work schedule to do so. Often times, Ken and his wife would preview a home and send us additional photos. We developed complete trust in Ken's knowledge of the market, the area we were seeking to live in, and his honesty and integrity. Ultimately, we purchased and closed on our home sight unseen with Ken representing us during the entire process.

Ken is great to work with. He actually works for you without being pushy. He has integrity and will not do anything underhanded. He protects you from bad deals and tells you the truth even it its hard to hear. I have done many transactions with Ken and I hope he doesn't retire soon.
