Ken’s bike shop has been mine and my families bike store since we moved here in 1996. We visited them first in their shop at Reynolda gardens and they’ve been our “go to” ever since. Ken and Matt and staff are the best!! Im riding a bike bought in 2009 and it’s still my most favorite because they keep it roadworthy. Not only are they professional and skilled, they are a fun unique group of folks!

It was such a pleasure to go into Ken's. It was my first time in the shop since I am from out of town. I couldn't have been more warmly greeted by Zach, the sales representative. He was kind, engaging, knowledgeable and made every effort to get me what I needed. As a bonus, I got to meet the owner, Ken, who was kind enough to spend several minutes with me telling me about his shop and the terrific riding in the local area. I am totally pleased and will be sure to revisit Ken's every time I am in Winston Salem.
