I used Ken’s bike shop for an updated fit on my gravel bike. Ken was very knowledgeable and spent time doing several measurements of my bike before he assessed the issues I was having once I started pedaling. After making some significant adjustments to the height of my seat post and position of my saddle, I was able to pedal more comfortably. I appreciated how thorough Ken was with his documentation of the session and candid he was with his recommendations!

Robert cut 3 strands of his hair. Told me to use the first to degrease my chain. Second strand needed to go in my back pocket and it would ward off any dog that wanted to chase me. I can’t reveal what the third lock of hair was for, but sure enough my bike runs great and I’ve never been happier. Best shop in Winston in hands down.

Best bike repair and maintenance available in the area. Work done correctly and finished when promised. Always enjoy riding Trek bikes featured at Ken's. These bikes are innovative and made to very high quality standards. For example the paint jobs are beautiful and last forever! I had one with 80,000 miles that looked new when I finally sold it.
