Ken is an excellent realtor, very knowledgeable of the area he sells in, and e doesn't like to sugarcoat if an area does not match his client. He didn't push me towards a specific property, but did voice him opinion, which I greatly appreciated it since this was my first time buying a house. He made sure I understood what I was getting into, all the goods, all the bads, and thoroughly explained any document that I needed to sign before he even put it in front of me. I would absolutely recommend and would use him to find a home again in a heartbeat.

I was actually with a different agent in the beginning of my house search, I felt more of a bother than anything. My mother kept insisting I call the agent she had worked with in the past.
