All your team at Kendal are always very helpful and friendly. The people who work on reception are lovely, I use the pool 3 times a week and think it’s a great facility. Popularity means it can be quite busy early in the morning but it usually quietens down. The refurbished changing rooms are good although there have been ongoing issues with the showers. I previously complained about the smell of the cleaning products used in the toilets. The smell appears to have gone so I feel that my feedback was acted on - thank you.

All staff at Kendal Leisure Centre I have found to be very helpful and friendly. The gym is very busy at times but still able to get on to various equipment. Some of the gym equipment is in need of servicing.
I started on a program and was shown how to use specific equipment but feel that there should be someone or maybe in this age of technology information you can access on computer. where you can find out how to use other equipment and how it benefits you.
My only other issue is the ladies toilets in Reception area, these could really do with a total refurbishment. They are probably well used and not in keeping with the modern facilities BETTER - Kendal Leisure Centre is providing for everyone.
