Ken listened to what I wanted in a home and stayed within the parameters set forth. He also worked very well with my daughter and son-in-law while I was in Colorado. He is friendly and has a very good sense of humor (a must when working with me). And he has been able to give me information that is necessary before I actually move. And he is very knowledgeable regarding the real estate markets in this difficult time for buyers.
I would recommend Ken Mayer to anyone.

Ken was an amazing source of information and insight during the homebuying experience. Due to COVID, the inventory in our market was low and prices shot up, so I was quickly being out-bid for homes. On my 14th offer, after 6 months of searching and countless homes visited with him, I finally got my dream first home. Ken went above and beyond and was always quick to answer a question in email or text, and was a true pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend him enough!

Ken was on top of everything in the house hunting and purchasing process.
I was living in another state during the whole closing / purchasing process. He was a great asset when issues arose and with helping in all the fine details of setting up after closing (gas, electricity, rubbish, internet)
Most importantly, he always returned calls and e-mails usually within hours.
