We have only had our water cooler & service for a few months, and the cooler no longer keeps water cold. when I called they said they would bring a new unit out in a few days as a replacement and credit us 2 jugs of water for the inconvience. Thats service
Since the work order request came within 1 month of the previous job order - the service was free. The maintenance person took care of the calcium buildup effecting our water chlorination. He came at the earliest possible time on Monday and did a great job with removing the built-up calcium.
