Keri constantly kept in touch: asking if we needed anything from her, informing us of inspection findings, outlining the path to get our home on the market. We had a unique opportunity for an off-market sale - Keri discussed the pros and cons of this avenue with us and allowed us time to decide our path. Once an offer was made/accepted, Keri kept us updated on the progress and next steps. Keri is very knowledgeable… kind… helpful… supportive… and fun. Every single time I was overwhelmed by something, she gave me the appropriate encouragement I needed to get through my next step. She got me to “the finish line” in great form! Keri worked hard for me! She advised me properly and if she needed to ask her broker, she followed up perfectly. I’d give her a “20” on the 1-10 scale!!!

I was only in town for about a week and in that time, Keri showed me many houses, ultimately finding a sweet bungalow that was perfect for me.
