Everything. I know a handful of realtors in the area and chose Keri due to her professionalism and the fact that I could trust her. She was so helpful from the moment she walked into my mother's door to help me in a difficult time, as I was selling her house due to her passing away. Keri went so far above and beyond as an agent. She was the quarterback on what I should repair, a competitive list price, taking amazing photos, giving me names of contractors in the area, and many other things. I can go on the record saying this, there is not another agent I would choose over her. With that said, anyone that is looking for an excellent agent that you can always count on, choose Keri. From the first meeting, to the closing, she will be there working to support you and make sure you get all the support you need whether you are buying or selling your home. Keri went beyond in helping us with the sale of my father's home after his passing. She even helped us with the sale of items in the house and the setup of estate sale. She followed up on various issues that were required to sell the home. She did a wonderful job staging the home for pictures and composed a photo web page that highlighted the features of property for potential buyers. She was always responsive to questions and lead us through a very tough time with professionalism. I highly recommend her!
