Kevin has a good knowledge of neighborhoods. He also was able to point out pros and cons of the particular house construction and design. This made it easier for us to narrow down our search and focus on houses we would want.

I was a first time home buyer and Kevin was very informative and knowledgeable about the entire process. He was very patient and willing to go above and beyond to look at as many houses as we needed. He gave great and honest advice that ultimately helped get me the house I was after and at a fair honest price. Home buying can be a stressful experience but Kevin was always there to answer any questions and help calm anxious fist time buyers nerves. In a crazy busy market I never felt pressure or like i was being an inconvenience. I always felt like Kevin wanted to make sure I got the right house and not that he just wanted to make a sale. I would highly recommend Kevin for anyone looking to buy a new house.
