As I’ve mentioned in the past, I really like the people. However, one teacher, Ms. Valencia has left an extremely bad taste in my mouth. If she hadn’t switched classes, I would have unfortunately removed my child from the school. The Director and Admin did a very good job addressing my concerns. However, it’s obvious that Ms. Valencia knew I was the one that complained and as a result of that, she just has a very bad attitude when it comes to me and my child. As I’m walking in the hallway, I will smile, speak. She will completely ignore me. I’ve even tried to lighten her up and have my son wave at her or I tell him to say hi. Again, walks right past and ignore. Doesn’t speak or acknowledge either one of us. It takes 1 sec to smile or speak. I’m not used to people who act like this especially when I have been nothing but nice. I’m not even sure what went wrong before I had complained because we had great conversation the first week she started. I also would see her jerk the kids arms to get them to get up or move. She completely ruins my day with her terrible demeanor. Other than that, I still like and enjoy the school. I think the teachers in the younger class rooms can do a slightly better job monitoring the kids while they eat because they are constantly drinking out of each other’s cups and plates, which increase sickness.

What I like most about your educational child care services is how quickly my child is learning and developing new skills. I also really appreciate receiving regular updates about her learning and progress. It gives me confidence that she is in a nurturing environment where she is encouraged to grow, and I enjoy seeing how much she is learning each day.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Kiddie Academy of Allen. The staff is incredibly caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children’s growth and development. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and confident that our son was in a safe, nurturing environment. The facilities are always clean, organized, and well-maintained, which gives us great peace of mind as parents. We also really appreciate the hands-on approach the teachers take with learning and engagement. Our son is constantly participating in activities that help him grow socially, emotionally, and academically while still having fun every day. It’s clear the team truly cares about the children and works hard to create a positive experience for both kids and parents. We’re very grateful to have found such a supportive and enriching place for our son.

We have had such a great experience with Kiddie Academy. Everyone that works there, support staff and teachers are always a smiley friendly face. You can tell they care about their students and enjoy working with them everyday. They are quick to call if anything needs to be communicated and we love having our kiddo spend their days there!

Kiddie Academy has been so good for our son. I think he has reached developmental milestones on time even though he was premie because of the supportive staff. I like that he is greeted every morning by name, makes it feel personal and sincere and that he isn’t getting lost in the crowd. I like that there are so many rooms for little ones depending on developmental milestones and you really watch for readiness for advancement. I like that I can check in on him throughout the day with cameras, just to feel part of his day. And I like the use of Tadpoles app for daily reports.

The trust and care the teachers have for my child. Everyone knows my child and he knows the teachers in his class. The fun learning experience my child receives at Kiddie Academy. When I pick him up, he always has a smile and says he had fun. He tells me sometimes what he did and learn for the day.

I love Kiddie Academy and so does my daughter. We only moved her to another school so that I could do one drop off instead of three. The front staff are amazing and all the teachers are great. There are so many fun things for the kids to do and they send you a list at the end of the day with photos and what your child worked on. Great school and highly recommend
