I love how accommodating this school is. The teachers are all kind and very encouraging to the kids. Security and safety is a big one for me and I definitely feel safe here.

Everyone is so nice and helpful. I receive emails about her lessons and meals. Communication is a plus for me and Kiddie Academy always communicates. My daughter goes to Mrs. Maria’s class and she is learning Spanish at an early age. Her handwriting is better, and so is her spelling.

Communication is key! Making parents feel that they are welcome and open to provide feedback, give requests and ask questions (without pushback or backlash)- that it is indeed a partnership in raising your child in their most pivotal moments is essential. Additionally, the rate of care here is at a state college tuition level- the absolute best should be expected and provided- not that we just drop off and take whatever is given to us, no questions asked. We feel like valued customers overall here! we love our child and all kids need to feel their particular temperament and needs are prioritized! We love all of the family days, parties and opportunities as well to be involved in our child's life! Need for improvement: At least 2-3 teachers at all times with class sizes. Often times there has only been 1 in a classroom of 12-15 and 2 in a classroom of around 20 (or more). This is sufficient for older kids but with toddlers, tantrums and needing help using the bathroom and someone watching the kids while a teacher is changing them in the bathroom is essential. To no fault of the teacher, I've seen kids in a corner getting hit upside the head and other happenings.. 1 person can't do it all, especially at that age. In those super full classes, 2 can't do it all either and busy covering maybe half of the class. Also, some of the parties and things happening closer to 5 (maybe 4:30 at the earliest) as opposed to 3 p.m. or earlier would really help both parents to make many events without a strain or feeling like they're less involved. Thanks for being open to feedback, I will definitely recommend Kiddie!

Overall we’ve had a great experience at Kiddie Academy. The staff is always friendly & professional. They go above & beyond to coordinate events and keep parents informed. These past couple of months though, I’ve felt there’s been a lack of organization, structure & engagement in my child’s class (EMW1) in comparison to EMW2. I am hoping as my child prepares to transition to the next class in early January, we will see better consistency.

I love the teachers and the activities the school hosts frequently. This summer they’re doing the splash pad and this spring they celebrated the Festival of Colors. It makes me happy that he’s being taken care of, learning and having fun.
