They work with you if there are any issues. You are not left in the dark before it might become an issue, and the approach is redirect not punitive.
Further there are more opportunities for growth at the center, which is lovely - by the by.
The kids are impowered to be independent while still being in a group with other children and in a learning environment.
I've already recommended it to one of my co-workers, sadly its out of his physical range to get to. Still... he was impressed with the place based on description and website.

We have had a great experience with Kiddie Academy of Brookfield. We left another daycare in the area due to the lack of structure during the day. Here weekly lesson plans are sent out to parents with a weekly theme and multiple activities each day that revolve around the specific theme. Our daughter loves the physical activities that Kiddie Academy offers. Currently there is a soccer and basketball coach that works with each classroom. There is also a separate gym where the kids can play when there is bad weather. They also do a great job with having a diverse menu for the children each week.

I would highly recommend Kiddie Academy of Brookfield. I transferred my 2 year old daughter from another daycare provider that was not meet our needs. The administrative staff was able to address all of my questions about their curriculum and how the academy focuses on the following areas: language and literacy, physical development, social and emotional development and cognitive development. The curriculum is awesome, activities are engaging and promote learning, and staff are very friendly and nurturing to our daughter. My husband and I have very high expectations and we feel that Kiddie Academy will continue to meet our expectations. During the last 3 months, We have seen substantial growth in our daughter meeting milestones. Mya is wry happy at Kiddie Academy and loves going to school everyday. We are so thankful to have found such a wonderful learning environment that cares about the safety and well being of our daughter.

Excellent play area and learning of different sports. Very clean and organized. Learning activities that are fun for the kids working with numbers, colors, shapes, etc. Up to date technology. Things to improve are doing more out of school field trips which have been mentioned during our tour. Other schools are back to out of facility field trips I think for the price we’re paying Kiddie academy should be too. I’d also like the teachers to make sure if pants, shirts, shoe are on backwards to help kids correct.

Everyone is very friendly at Kiddie Academy and we are so happy that we chose them for childcare. They have very open communication, always asking how they can improve and better care for our child. Additionally, the teachers work closely with our child to help with developmental milestones. The daily updates are great and we love receiving them throughout the workday. We are confident that our child is getting phenomenal care at Kiddie Academy!
