I've always felt like the teachers and staff have my child's best interests in mind, and that they truly care for my son. He has felt like he belonged here since the day we walked in. He talks about his friends and teachers constantly and has nothing but nice things to say about every single person at the center
Our biggest complaint is you don’t have an automated payment system which should be very easy to set up and manage. That way we all don’t get constant reminders and with life getting busy with multiple children we won’t forget and get fined for it.
Everything seems to be a la cart with added cost for special activities. Competative daycares like Little sprouts includes Music once a week. I think music is very important for kids so if you got someone to come in for Music or special activities once a week the cost should be included with what is a comparable tuition.
1) director is extremely rude and unprofessional - lies about situations that occurred at the center
2) did not care or nurture my child
3) some teachers are unqualified and neglect to do their job right
4) accidents are not reported right away, full stories are always unclear because no one saw what happened
5) director cares more about their turf being clean and cots being clean rather then respecting parents wishes to properly potty train toddler
6) rather than trying to figure out how to properly handle toddler, referred to intervention when child was seem to be biting a lot when most scenarios were recorded with "oh, we didn't see what happened but the other child has a bite mark"
My daughter has been going to Kiddie Academy for 3 years now. Kids do so many arts and crafts and other education activities. All classrooms get cleaned /disinfected daily. Its also very convenient for me and the price is competitive. Highly recommend!
I appreciate all the employees at Kiddie Academy. They have a special way of making each child feel important. We have been at Kiddie Academy for a year now and my child is excited to return every day.
