The staff and management are friendly and personable. They always attend to my child's personal needs and situation. I have used other child cares services where I felt my child was just another number. I do not feel that way with KA.

Staff are always welcoming, acknowledge the kids first thing at drop off, engage with them, try to invite them in. Always have a verbal update as to how their day was. The descriptiveness of the tadpoles summary is also very nice so that we have the ability to discuss with our kids what they did that day.
