We love Miss Mara and Miss Mandy - they are so sweet and loving towards our son and always take a strong but soft approach with him and have great lesson plans each week. The “front of house” Miss Heather, Kelly and Izzy are the best trio the center has ever had. We’ve been at KA since room 1 and part of the decision in brining our newborn in and paying the increase was due to their leadership. I love the events they host for the kids and parents - so much attention and detail and care - you can see it in the events. They also take incidents seriously and I appreciate the way they address things when it’s our child or vice versa. I also appreciate the way they change teachers if it’s not a good fit. There was a teacher in Room 9 who I noticed didn’t gel with the kids very well and a few weeks later she was no longer there. Overall we are happy with KA.

The staff at Kiddie Academy Glenview has been wonderful! They genuinely care about each and every child and provide a warm, fun, loving environment for the kids to thrive in. Kiddie Academy is also fantastic at putting together events for the families to be able to meet other families.

I like how much thought goes into the curriculum plans and how every activity ties back to a key theme. The weekly lesson plans are a great way to connect the parents to what the kids are learning in the following week, although the daily report listing out every single topic can be a bit overwhelming. All of the teachers we have interacted with have been wonderful and our kids are always excited to go to school! We also enjoy all the activities that the staff puts on for the families like the graduation and mother's Day Father's Day parties.

I like how the curriculum is focused and engaging but centered in play. I like the extra things like the shows, field trips, etc. I feel my daughter is very prepared for kindergarten. One of the teachers made a book for my son that brought me to tears. Constructive feedback would be that I think communication with transitions could be improved, and I'd love an opportunity to meet teachers ahead of time (I know thats hard to arrange), maybe a preconference call or meeting prior to the transition. It would give parents an opportunity to connect with them outside of hectic drop offs.

The staff are wonderful with our daughter and Kiddie Academy does a great job of providing daily and weekly updates. This includes pictures throughout the day of activities at the daycare so we can see how much fun our daughter is having!

The program and supports from the teacher, esp for my Autistic daughter who needs a little support and guidance. Ms. Heather, Ms Caitlyn, Ms. Dorota, Ms Mandy, and Ms Wendy are such wonderful and supportive groups at Kiddie. They make a difference everyday with their patience, supports, and love for our daughter. Even the admin group, Kelly and Izzy also have been very attentive to our requests, communicative in supporting our needs, and willing to listen and share what they know to help us along the way. Our journey at Kiddie was rough at the start but have changed since with new admin group. We love going here very much now!
