We have had a wonderful experience so far. Even the greenest staff members put forth a lot of effort, patience, and care into their role. My daughter is growing and developing wonderfully and I know that Kiddie Academy has played a role in that. The only suggestion that I have is aesthetic. First impressions and curb appeal matter despite the truly important things happen IN the building. Things like picking up trash that ends up in the parking lot, taking down the zip ties and deflated balloons on the stop sign from Halloween, and fixing a missing/broken lightbulb are all small ways to improve the first impression that is made when potential families pull into the lot. New parents who are preparing to be away from their child, possibly for the first time, will notice things like that. “Neglected” is not a word you want associated with you even if it only a parking lot.

Aaron takes every issue you bring to his attention with great sensitivity and understanding, resolves the issue, and handles them not only to policy but also so the parent feels like it was resolved emotionally for them. He is the director, but knows the children by name is always there to help out. Savanah and Miss Gupta are in my son’s class, and they treat my son with the greatest care. I couldn’t ask for better people to be in charge of my son while I have to be at work. Thank you for the love and care you give all the children, but especially my baby.

I love how friendly the staff is. How they truly care about my child. I appreciate that they are attentive and make sure he is taken care of. I was very worried about placing my son as an infant but he has done so well and is really thriving in the environment the staff provides.

I love how caring all of the staff is. I know that my son is always in the best of hands every morning when i drop him off. He smiles at everyone and loves to blow them kisses. Not once have i ever had to worry about his safety or not being comforted when i can’t be there.
