Education is clearly a top priority at KA, regardless of age, and the long term benefit is clearly visible. My oldest son, whom began attending when he was 16 months old, is on a first grade reading level in kindergarten. My current 16 month old is already communicating with sign language after attending for just over 6 months. The teachers engage the children with fun activities to incorporate the curriculum and the kids are too busy having a great time to realize they are learning core skills to guide their developing minds! Our family loves the nurturing guidance the staff provides to our son and we wouldn't want him under anyone else's care while he's away from home.
The staff are consistent. There isn't a revolving door of new faces. The staff really do try to do their best within the scope of what they know. I think the staff, for the most part, care about the kids.
