Prices keep going up but nothing is improving. Paid extra for the summer only to have kids play in a hose once a week and have to pack your own lunch for picnics when food is included in the price we pay every week.

The staff willingness to support the parents and children. Teachers and staff are amazing! This is our 4th Daycare within a year and Kiddie Academy has by far provided better care to our child. The Director open door policy to address any issues the parents may have with staff is comforting. The Director reassures parents any concerns that are not being met will be addressed and they are address/resolved by the next day. Our daughter Bears and Monkeys Teachers are excellent, nurturing and attentive. The academy has camera access to view your child at school and provides updates throughout the day using their Tadpole system. My daughter is doing very well at Kiddie Academy and we are happy we chose Kiddie Academy of Leesburg as our daughter Daycare!

I love how caring the staff is. I have always had a positive experience with Ms. Melanie, Ms. Samia, and everyone I run into while picking up my son. Ms. Melanie had all the patience for our little trouble maker and she always had a very positive attitude and outlook. I especially appreciate her efforts in starting to potty train as soon as my son was enrolled. Their curriculum is also very educational and fun for the little ones. I specifically liked how kids had the flexibility of choosing their own activities. Considering how short their attention span is, I’m positive they had a learning experience while doing those short activities. I would have loved to keep my son enrolled for long but he is starting PreK so we have to pull him out but I can’t wait to enroll him again next summer. This is definitely a safe, educating, and fun environment for little ones. And now with the addition of a new director who is so sweet and loving, I’m confident KA will thrive. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much everyone involved in looking after my boy. You guys are outstanding!!!

I was so amazed of how much my kids vocabulary had grown with In a couple of weeks of being there. Mrs Karen and Mrs Samia are wonderful they have such a welcoming attitude and is always a pleasure talking to them, they are very organized and that make me feel safe leaving my kids there. Mrs Pam is an amazing teacher now she loves what she does I could just tell the first time I saw her with my son and he is full of challenges. There were two sweet girls before the pandemic hit and they were so loving and caring and again a joy to take my son to them. I wish I could come to on my other sons teacher but I’ve never had the chance to meet her. I always tell friends and family that kiddie academy is the best care for the ir children. Thank you for having us

This rating is based on supports in Noahs current classroom. He has declined in terms of verbal expression and initiating interactions with others. I have met with the teacher at the beginning of the school year during open house and again last fall for a brief meeting. I have continued to provide examples as to how Noah should be encouraged to speak throughout each day. He should not “nod” his head yea without being encouraged to verbalize the word yes. I am not sure if the interventions are truly being implemented and if Noah is receiving constant rewards (stickers) for effective language utilization. I want to search for other daycare placements but am trying to hang in there until Noah can transition into the next class room. Teachers before this have been wonderful and have worked one on one with him when possible. I also used to receive constant notes (electronic and handwritten) on strengths and needs. I find myself trying to pull information out as to the letter/color of the week and progress. Front desk personnel remain nice and professional. This rating is based on the current classroom supports.

We love how attentive and communicative the administrative staff and teachers are to our concerns and requests. We feel that our kids are being cared for in a safe and nurturing environment on a daily basis.

It would be great if children were required to take shoes off in the classroom; especially a school as concerned about COVID/germs. The foot traffic of 10 kids crawling on floors and then sleeping in their shoes is of concern. Other than that- thank you.
