That they are teaching my son how to count know his colors and body part in Spanish and English. And how everyone cares and loves my son and even tell me when he is doing something he shouldn't be so we can address it right away. They even help me find out that my son had a hearing problem and that's why he was getting upset an not speaking right away. So thank you Kiddie Academy for all your hard work with my son.
Be able to maintain staff consistency in personnel and knowledge of processes & procedures, which can be very tough. Most important to email out class schedules, especially during camps, especially with split custody situations, sometimes the posted calendars are missed or you have very little time to react. Emailing out the schedules and in particular special individual for key dates (trips, what is needed, etc.). Actual invites would be even better so they show in calendars that we all rely on these days. Overall I feel this center is run well and have many very good staff.
Love the staff- love the personal touch -my child has had a very good experience there however I still feel that the older kid area at the end of day is understaffed. It's always wild and crazy in there and there are some large aggressive kids in there.
I really like the managers and the teachers in twos classroom. I like that Ms.Tracey and the managers are really involved and know every child. I love all the activities that 2-year olds are doing: learning letters, numbers and shapes, singing songs, doing art projects, learning to be independent by putting on jackets and cleaning up etc.. I like the space and the little playground. And we really enjoy the idea of parents night out every Saturday.
